We went in right before closing, the service was great, and the selection for ingredients seemed to all be fresh except the mushrooms. My drink was bomb! And our server was super nice he even gave us bogo coupons. The kitchen guy was super laid back and patient with all my questions. They were also out of eggs but my bowl was still tasty.

Food: The food tasted really good (compliments to myself bc not only does one pick the ingredients oneself but also picks the sauces and all flavoring oneself too, which can be a good or bad thing). The food options were pretty wide, with a lot of meats, vegetables, bases, and sauces. They didn't have tofu in the protein section though, so I initially thought that they just didn't have any vegetarian options. Upon second thought, I think this might have been good because the meat section was ~unnerving~ but we'll get to that. Accessibility: I don't think it would be very wheelchair friendly because the space you have to go through (the ingredients bar) was a little narrow. Not enough room for 2 people to stand next to each other normally. Also sharp corners. They DO have options where you can get a premade bowl, though, and it looked like it was otherwise fine for wheelchairs. Environment: In terms of hygiene, it didn't really paint a picture of cleanliness for me at first, but I couldn't put my finger on anything specific about it. So I'm hesitant to give it 4 stars. I took my liberty to choose my own items and give it to the chef for my dish. The ending result was not bad. The customer service is really good! Next time, i will try to take less sauce.

I think it is really need you can customize your meal. I am only going it 3 stars because of the actual concept. This is just not my type of restaurant. I have an aversion to choosing food to eat that has been touched, breathed on and sneezed on by countless people. 🙄 There were a lot of options but even with the different seasoning and sauces after it was cooked it still didn't pop in flavor. At least for $11 I did get plenty of food. Not sure I will be back. But if you don't mind buffets and the open air selection, you might really enjoy eating here.my family loves it.

Stopped by here with my girlfriend and was really impressed with the place. There was a large variety of meat, vegetables and sauces for you to choose from. The food was super fresh and delicious. Service were good. Definitely will come back.
